Job Purpose
At Vivo, the human resources (HR) team is focused on what people need and how to provide it. For a people person who wants to continue a career in the exciting world of HR, this is the best place to dive in. We’re searching for a qualified and resourceful human resources generalist to support our department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The human resources generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, and will help with important functions such as recruiting and onboarding, employee relations and wellness, and HR Policies and Procedure among other functions. This person will be the go-to person for the management and employees, additionally they will support and help develop organization and people through implementation of processes like performance management. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting new employees, from writing job profile and conducting interviews, to contract and hiring.
- Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employees’ orientation to deliver an exceptional early experience.
- Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures
- Champion communication throughout the organization ensuring all employees have timely information.
- Support execution of strategic process like performance management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fashion and clothing industry.
