Job Purpose
To support the Internal Auditor in evaluating financial and operational processes by examining business records, assessing risks, and analyzing accounting systems. This role focuses on ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and enhancing performance through detailed audits and actionable recommendations. The position requires a hands-on, integrity-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and conducting audits to evaluate financial and operational performance.

Examine business records and accounting systems to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies.

Assess company assets to determine financial status and operational performance.

Prepare comprehensive and timely audit reports with actionable recommendations.

Support the development and implementation of risk management strategies.

Collaborate with departments to ensure audit recommendations are understood and executed.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal controls and business processes.

Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
- A minimum of CPA IV certification or an equivalent ACCA qualification.
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in auditing, accounting, or a similar role.
