Job Purpose
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class Vivo brand and customer experience, and ensuring that the company’s growth and revenue targets are achieved. You will be tasked with ensuring that ALL customers receive exceptional service at the retail outlets and that the outlets are maintained to high Visual standards. They will also be involved in carrying out all necessary processes and activities related to revenue collection, management of inventory, and other assets held at the store.
Key Responsibilities
● You will deliver a high level of Customer Services
● You will educate customers on products and relevant sales policies (return,
exchange).
● Process payments with a high level of accuracy.
● Ensure you are compliant with store guidelines.
● Contribute to stock allocation by giving feedback on all new styles and collections.
● Adhere to all the health&safety and security procedures
● Support other store functions when needed
Key Skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Attention to detail.
● Customer service skills.
Qualifications & Experience
● A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales.
● A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the
fashion and clothing industry.
