REPORT TO: Store Manager

Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities

Boost sales by providing top-notch customer service and ensuring high satisfaction.

Meet customer needs and handle requests quickly and politely.

Manage sales support tasks and maintain store cleanliness.

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.

Arrange and store products in designated areas for easy retrieval and efficient space utilization.

Ensure timely fulfillment of orders and distribution of goods to meet operational needs.

Keep store displays and merchandising up to brand standards.

Implement and communicate special offers and promotions.

Collect and share customer feedback to help improve our service.
Key Skills
- Strong abilities in upselling and cross-selling.
- Expertise in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Proficient in planning, organizing, and managing time effectively.
- Skilled in inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Experience with Point of Sales (POS) systems and proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and fashion styling.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Sales, Customer Service, or Business Management.
- 2 years in Sales or Marketing.
