Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities
- Verify all inbound and outbound goods against delivery or transfer documentation.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated areas for easy retrieval and efficient utilization.
- Receive, categorize, and store products appropriately to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Conduct timely replenishments to stores based on sales reports and operational requirements.
- Assemble and prepare online customer orders and inter-store transfers accurately.
- Distribute new stock to designated racks as directed by the Supply Chain Supervisor/Manager.
- Monitor and report on aging and slow-moving inventory for effective decision-making.
- Off-load trucks, check in merchandise, and maintain a clean and debris-free workspace.
- Ship orders to stores while ensuring Delivery in Full, On Time (DIFOT) standards.
- Conduct regular stock counts, resolve variances, and maintain health and safety standards.
- Ensure quality checks are performed on all incoming products to uphold inventory standards.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERPs or stock management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to store and retrieve items efficiently.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accurate inventory records and quality monitoring.
- Capability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1- 2 years' experience in a similar warehouse role.
