1. All participants must be 18 years and above, be Kenyan Citizens, Kenya Residents and possess a valid ID and /or passport.
2. Shoppers wishing to participate in this promotion should get a raffle ticket from any Vivo Store
3. Shoppers are entitled to one ticket for every purchase worth Ksh 10,000 and above
4. Shoppers shall present their purchase receipts at the close of sale in order to claim their correct
entitlement of raffle tickets and failure to do so shall negate any further claim.
5. Once a Shopper has spent Ksh 10,000/= and above, they will receive their correct entitlement of a raffle ticket which qualifies them to enter the Draw.
6. The fully filled-in raffle ticket should be deposited in allocated raffle Bin.
7. There will be instant prices where discount vouchers will be won and weekly draws where the major prizes will be won.
8. The raffle tickets obtained are only valid for a single major price. Discount vouchers win will be unlimited.
9. This promotion ends on Wednesday 20th December 2025, at 8.00pm.
10. Only one name can be drawn for each prize at the Weekly Draw. Hence, a winner is entitled to only one prize, no more.

12. All prizes must be collected in person by the winners.
13. All winners must present their original National ID and/or Passport to claim their prizes.
14. Any prize not claimed by 7th April 2026 will be surrendered to the Betting Control & Licensing Board (BCLB).
15. Employees and families of Vivo Fashion Group, sponsors and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win.
16. By participating in this promotion, the shopper has authorized Vivo Fashion Group and its affiliates to use their name and photo, statements, and likeness, without charge, for promotional purposes in Vivo Fashion Group publications, newspaper, social media, and any form of media formats it so chooses for the duration of the promotion, with keen adherence to the Data Protection Act directives.
17. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in a contestant’s disqualification.
18. The decision by the Judges and/or the BCLB is final.
