Item ordered not item delivered

I recieved a maxi shirt coverup different from the one I had ordered. The fabric detail was different and the sleeves were short instead of three quarters.
I called the shop and they apologized for the mix up. I wonder why Vivo advertised for an item not in thier store?

Improvements: Plus sizes in flattering fits not too many these days. What happened? We were the largest customer base.

Comfortable fit

The pants are really comfortable however the elastic strap is small and folds. Not too flattering if you have a belly. Otherwise material and fit is fantastic, a wider elastic strap around waist area would be better for a slimming fit.
