Our Commitment to Quality

At Vivo Fashion Group, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This Warranty Statement outlines your rights and our obligations in the event that a product you purchase from us is found to be defective.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects arising from established quality issues, including but not limited to:

  • Poor stitching or finishing
  • Fabric defects
  • Colour runs or dye faults
  • Printing defects

Defects must not be as a result of excessive wear, negligence, non-adherence to the cleaning instructions on the garment label, or use of the product for purposes other than its intended use.

Warranty Period

All defective merchandise claims must be raised within 30 days of purchase. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • You have valid proof of purchase (receipt or transaction reference number)
  • The merchandise is returned within 30 days of the purchase date
  • The defect is clearly identifiable as a quality issue and not the result of wear, misuse, or improper care

Once your claim is verified, Vivo Fashion Group will offer an exchange or remedy appropriate to the nature of the defect.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by excessive wear or misuse
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow garment care instructions
  • Items purchased during a Sale or Promotion (sale items are not eligible for refunds; exchanges for items of equal or greater value during the sale period only)
  • Claims raised after 30 days from the date of purchase

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during a Sale or Promotion are not eligible for a refund. However, customers may exchange sale items for another item of equal or greater value during the active sale period. After the sale period ends, no returns or exchanges on sale items will be permitted. Items purchased as part of a bundled offer (e.g. Buy 1 Get 1 Free) must all be returned together for an exchange or refund to be processed.
