Improvements: The lady who handled the issuing of the e-voucher at Sarit was really courteous amd helpful. The ladies at Imara Mall were wonderful and welcoming as well. Keep up the good work.

Gift Voucher

I got 2 gift vouchers. One was electronic and the other physical. Both are perfect.
On the physical voucher, maybe have a little more space for the message bit so that one does not have to buy a gift card to write a message separately.

GIFT VOUCHER

I think you should print gift vouchers with the different amounts printed on them instead of having your sales people write on them. Not everyone has an attractive handwriting.
