Improvements:Your people are excellent especially Joan. Love her service! But please do collaborations or capsules with your long time, loyal, high buying clients like myself. Not just influencers. I would like to co-create with your design team a capsule for women with my body type because I understand. I have excellent ideas. You have some great fabrics but the designs sometimes are limiting or unflattering, sometimes even uncomfortable for people like me.

Please when you make L/XL items it's highly likely that the wearer will have large arms, but there's never provision for that. The item fits rest of the body but won't go through the arms. Really disappointing.
