Vivo In Atlanta: Our 27th Store Premiere!

We are excited to announce the grand opening of Vivo's 27th store, located in the heart of Atlanta. His Excellency, The President of Kenya, H.E. William Ruto and the lovely First Lady H.E. Rachel Ruto graced us with their presence for the ribbon-cutting ceremony, accompanied by other dignitaries.This marks a significant milestone for Vivo, as we extend our reach beyond the African continent for the first time, embodying our ambitious vision of seeing Africa dress herself and the world.

Atlantic Station was a deliberate choice for our latest venture as it attracts a diverse and fashion-forward clientele with a vibrant community that values innovation, style, and quality—principles that are at the core of our brand.

Our new store is not just another retail outlet; it represents a historic moment for both Vivo and the Kenyan fashion industry. As the first Kenyan fashion brand to establish a presence on the American continent, we are breaking new ground and paving the way for future African brands to follow. 

In the spirit of the saying, "If you want to go fast, go alone; but if you want to go far, go with people," we are proud to host other African brands in our store. These include @safari_by_vivo, @zoya_by_vivo, @ytherabeautyke, @shopsoko, @ikwetta, @anjiru.anjiru_, and @shopthisisessential. 

In line with our mission, Vivo is also deeply committed to implementing the 8th Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), which focuses on promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment, and decent work for all. We believe that fashion can be a powerful catalyst for economic opportunities in Africa & globally. By creating jobs and fostering entrepreneurship within the fashion industry, we are actively working to provide economic opportunities that uplift communities and contribute to sustainable development. 

Moreover, Vivo is dedicated to implementing the 5th Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), which focuses on achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls. Vivo proudly employs over 360 individuals, with over 70% being women. Our commitment to gender equality is further exemplified by our CEO, a true champion of women's empowerment. She demonstrates how women in business can set high goals and, with determination, achieve them, inspiring countless others to follow in her footsteps.

We will be offering a wide range of product offerings, from basics to seasonal looks, ensuring that there is something for every fashion enthusiast. Our collections feature a variety of colors and prints inspired by #madeinafrica fashion, seamlessly blended with a touch of modern style.

These unique products will be found not only in store but will also be available on our US ecommerce platform, accessible via our website. For those who are unable to visit our physical store, we provide shipping to other states, making it easy for customers across the country to experience the vibrant and diverse fashion that Vivo has to offer. Moreover, we facilitate quick and easy customer returns and exchanges.
